Terms of service

Use quick publishing responsibly.

Last updated October 13, 2026.

Allowed use

You may use HTMLtoURL Pro for lawful previews, demos, coursework, prototypes, email reviews, and focused reproductions when you have the right to share the content.

Prohibited content

Do not publish phishing pages, malware, credential collection, scams, illegal content, private personal data, abusive scripts, or material that infringes another party's rights.

Free and paid hosting

Free share pages expire after the selected 1, 7, or 30-day period. Eligible paid pages have no fixed expiry while the subscription remains entitled. If a subscription ends, permanent pages receive a 7-day grace period before expiry. When lower plan limits take effect, sites exceeding the new total extracted-size allowance become temporary with a 7-day grace period. Among sites that fit the new size allowance, the most recently updated remain permanent up to the plan's page limit; extra sites receive the same grace period. Oversized sites do not use those remaining permanent slots. Page limits are counted per active paid account.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed annually by Stripe. You can change payment details or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Where offered, cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments are one-time and never renew. Fees already charged are final and non-refundable, except as described in the refund policy. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked at checkout to agree that the service starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it does. We may suspend an account and its published pages while a chargeback or payment dispute filed for a valid purchase is open.

Shared free upload allowance

Free uploads are subject to one service-wide daily volume allowance shared across all free users, resetting on the Asia/Shanghai day boundary. The editor displays current use, remaining capacity, and reset time. Every successful publish contributes the full website size, including all extracted ZIP assets and same-URL updates. Failed publishes do not consume the allowance; deletion or expiry does not return usage for that day. Per-site size limits apply separately. Free publishing may be unavailable until reset when the pool is exhausted; paid-plan uploads do not use that pool.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the HTML, external requests, forms, claims, and permissions before publishing. Automated preflight checks are helpful signals, not a security guarantee.

Availability

The service is provided as available without warranties. Links can be removed for abuse or become unavailable during maintenance. Keep your original HTML file and use production hosting for critical applications that require a service-level agreement.
